Newer facility, which was clean and comfortable.
I was disappointed to find that the pool was not heated as advertised, and I never ended up using it. The check-in process felt rushed, and I received little assistance when I had questions. Additionally, the noise from slamming doors, especially in the early morning, made my stay quite uncomfortable.

i almost thought this could be a decent stay, but not having a hot tub was just the beginning. the noise from other guests above me was unbearable. honestly, for the inconvenience, i expected at least an upgrade or complimentary breakfast, yet nothing was offered. i’m just shocked, truly shocked.

The Queen Room was pretty comfy. The beds were super cozy, and I loved having a fridge that wasn’t tiny. The lighting was a bit dull for my husband, but the bathroom had enough space for all our stuff, which was nice. Water pressure in the shower? Not great though. No carpet, just LVP flooring, which was different.

Room for Improvement, But Good Intentions Shone Through
I appreciated the friendly staff who offered to help when I faced room issues. Unfortunately, the noise overhead disrupted my sleep. Consider bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to sound. Breakfast options were decent, but I recommend double-checking room cleanliness upon arrival.
